Try these for starters:
1) Give yourself 5 minutes to practice mindfulness on a daily basis. This is true, uninterrupted time where you don’t have to think about anything or fix any problems. Some mindful practices and meditations encourage setting intentions for your day or having a breath prayer or one word mantra for calming. Give it a try!
2) Nourishment & rest. Drink enough water and try to make small changes towards a healthy diet. Get enough sleep.
